Portrait Session Checklist 

1. Message Ashlie to schedule a date, time, and location  hello@ashliesteinau.com
2. If necessary, schedule hair and makeup appointments with Ashlie or another source
3. Review Style Guide for outfit inspiration 
4. Choose your outfits (drop off at dry cleaner if needed!) 
5. Girls, get your nails done, boys, make sure your nails are trimmed and clean
6. Pack a bag with: 

– Flats or flip-flops for walking between photo spots if you are outdoors and-or in multiple locations that involve travel

– Outfits (including shoes and accessories

– Props (if desired – they can also be dropped off ahead of time)

– Water bottle

– Coat or cover-up (for colder sessions)

– FOR WOMEN 

Touch-up makeup

– FOR KIDS:

Snacks for little ones

Small eye-catching toys to grab little kids’ attention

Extra clothing, diapers, baby wipes, etc.
